Grid Capital’s owner approached me for business advisory support, with a focus on developing a clear three-year strategic plan, designing an optimal organisational structure, and creating a scalable platform for growth.
In my role as advisor, I worked closely with the Owner and CEO to take a “helicopter view” of the business - stepping back to assess operations, identify efficiencies, and align the company’s structure with its long-term vision. This meant combining strategic insight with practical, actionable steps to position the business for sustainable success.

Challenges:
The biggest challenge was adapting to an entirely new industry within a short timeframe. Every sector has its own rhythm and internal “language,” and immersing myself in that context was both demanding and deeply rewarding. It reinforced the importance of curiosity, listening, and collaboration - key ingredients for offering meaningful strategic advice.
