Meet Andy
My early years - growing up in a small family-run hotel in Scotland and working across diverse hospitality cultures - have shaped my career and led me to become the Projects & Operations Advisor I am today.
With over 25 years in hospitality, including two decades in high-end lodges and boutique hotels, I bring grounded insight, calm leadership, and hands-on experience. My work is tailored, collaborative, and built on long-term relationships.
